What's covered in the registration fee?

The Basic Registration package includes all regular sessions and keynotes, general networking events, daily breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Thursday, access to session presentation materials online, a conference bag, and applicable giveaway items.

The All Access Registration package includes everything in the Basic Registration package, plus access to the pre-requisite online course, a pre-conference workshop, a post-conference workshop, the VIP Reception, and breakfast and lunch on the pre- and post-conference workshop days.

Is there a shuttle from the airport to the hotel?

Are rooms at the ARIA included with registration?

Rooms are NOT included with registration but are available for a discounted rate of $179 per night (plus hotel fees and taxes). Space is limited, so reserve your room early by clicking here or calling (866) 359-7757 and reference IT/Dev Connections 2014.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Please email info@devconnections.com for a refund. Cancellations on or before July 31, 2014 will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee. After July 31, 2014 cancellations and no shows are liable for full registration. The registration can be transferred to another person or to the next conference within 12 months. You can transfer your registration to a colleague by logging in with your password on the Registration Site.

Are session handouts or notes available?

Yes, the conference sessions will be available online, sample code plus material from our sponsors which may include product sheets, product demos, case studies, and videos.

I am attending a pre-conference workshop. Will I receive a separate pass to attend?

Upon registration the day of the event you will receive your badge and a ticket for the pre and post conference workshops if registered and paid.

What is the dress code?

Conference dress is comfortable and casual. The session rooms are air conditioned so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket.
