The special conference rate will be honored starting two days before the start of conference through two days after the end of the conference, based upon availability. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card to confirm room. A deposit of the first night room and tax will be charged.
**Cancellations must be received by the hotel 72 hours prior to the confirmed arrival date to receive refund of deposit
Parking at the hotel:
Self parking is available on a complimentary basis. The current overnight valet parking charge is $20.00 per day.
Airport Shuttle
Mears Transportation is the designated ground carrier at Orlando International Airport. The shuttle maybe picked up at Level 1 of the airport. You may book directly at www.mearstransportation.com Current rates are $20.00 one-way and $33.00 roundtrip. (subject to change)
